Refund and Returns Policy

No Refunds / All Sales Final Policy

At We Kick Brass, we take compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction seriously. However, due to the nature of firearms, ammunition, and related products, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

Once an order has been placed and processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Compatibility issues with firearms or accessories
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.

2. Firearms and Ammunition Sales

By federal law, all firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. Once a firearm has been transferred to the customer by the FFL dealer, it is considered used, even if unfired, and cannot be returned.
Ammunition sales are final and non-returnable under federal safety regulations.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a manufacturer’s warranty claim or guide you through the repair/replacement process directly with the manufacturer.
We do not accept returns for defective items; manufacturer warranties apply.

4. Canceled Orders

Orders canceled before processing may be subject to a 25% restocking and processing fee.
Once processing begins (typically within hours of purchase), the sale is final.

5. Legal Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase of firearms, ammunition, and accessories is legal in their state or locality. Orders canceled due to legal restrictions are non-refundable.
